里茲貝克特大學 (Leeds Beckett University)，原名里茲都會大學 (Leeds Metropolitan University，簡稱LMU) ，里茲貝克特大學 (Leeds Beckett University)是一所校園型大學，其位在約克郡的里茲和海洛門。它於１９９２年得到皇家憲章而得以開辦，在這之前它被稱為里茲理工學院。該校官方公布，截至２００６年５月，學生總人數超過５２０００名。
Simon Lee教授為該大學的副校長。２００５年７月１１日，Brendan Foster，為前任里茲聯隊主席，從Leslie Silver手中接下了校長的職務。大學最近開設了一個價值數百萬英鎊的學習中心大樓，為了表彰Leslie Silver，該建物以他的名字來命名。

環境

設備
學校各圖書館總有超過二百五十萬冊書籍和期刊，給合CD-ROM系統的完全電腦化設備，而Brotherton圖書館是英國四大研究圖書館之一。學校有完善的電腦網路，終端機超過一千二百台。此外，許多系所也有自己的電腦設備。
學校的語言中心是個最新科技的設備，有開放式視聽設備、電腦學習教材、以及衛星電視頻道。特別優異的英語中心提供額外的英語課程和學習技巧的建議。運動設施包括二座供室內運動的大型體育館，以及供室外運動的體育場。亦支援五十多個運動俱樂部。這些資源都是在英國留學期間可以善加利用的。
住宿資訊
本校保證提供外國生與事先提出申請的大學生三年單人房宿舍(最少住滿一學年)。所有上教學式研究所課程的單身學生，若以外國生身份支付學費，保證有一年的宿舍可住。學校還監管一百六十多幢可住一家人的房。
國際學生顧問提供多種事項的實用建議，包括入境和學生子女的就學問題。這個辦公室也舉辦社交活動。提供福利事項，也是英國留學學生的休閒中心，有一百五十多個社交、文化、運動和各國社團。校內有個學生健康服務處。
