Although a very popular course, we have become aware that the name of this MA could be ambiguous for students and future employers, particularly overseas. With this in mind, a new title has been devised: MA English, Globalisation and Language Policy. We hope that this new title communicates more clearly the subjects covered in this course and inspires even more students to apply! Remember that the MA English, Globalisation and Language Policy is a great alternative to the MA TESOL for students who don't meet the TESOL entry requirement for two years of practical experience teaching English.

Museums and galleries are very powerful educational tools. Many students of education choose to make their careers in these fascinating places. Our inspiring MA Museums and Galleries Education allows students to combine academic study with professional educational practice. Students are encouraged to engage with cutting edge debates affecting museums and galleries today, with an emphasis on learning on-site at some of London's world class cultural institutions. Students complete a 20 day placement in a museum, gallery or heritage site, where they have the opportunity to complete a piece of research. Graduates have gone on to work in some of the world's best known museums and galleries, and links between the MA and Londons museum community are strong.
