學校介紹:
布萊佛德大學位於英格蘭西約克郡。
布萊佛德大學起源於1882年改編為Bradford Technical College的Bradford Schools of Weaving, Design and Building。1957年，該機構再度改為Bradford Institute of Technilogy，並於1966年獲得憲章團允許，創立布萊佛德大學。1996年，該校加入了前身為Bradford and Airedale College of Health的School of Health Studies，並於1980年代關閉物理學系。
2001年發生的種族暴動致使該校的申請人數銳減，但至2005年情況漸有改善。來自本科系的大學申請者與去年相比，已增加至35%。
2003年，該校被要求與鄰近的Bradford College合併，共同創建提供進階及高等教育的聯合大學。在此同時，布萊佛德大學也獲准與Bradford College相互分享校內所有的學位課程及資訊。然而，此項計劃最後由於新大學的命名紛爭而被迫終止，兩所大學則繼續維持競爭與合作的關係。
該校94%的學生來自於英國境內，學生的退學率為15%，海外學生大多集中於科學研究課程。
2005年，布萊佛德大學宣佈了一項79萬英鎊的再發展計劃，包含了學校宿舍、運動設施、及癌症治療研究中心的建設及擴展。The Richmond大樓也於近期內開始重新翻修，並於2006年10月啟用一個新建的中庭。
環境介紹:
布萊佛德（Bradford）位在英國的西約克郡，歷史上為該區著名的城市。布萊佛德於1847年成為約克郡西界的自治行政區，並於1897年獲頒城市皇家憲章。
布萊德福大學是一座城市大學，離英國的十大城市之一布萊德福的市中心僅十分鐘的步行距離。
布萊德福市地處交通樞紐，是一個繁華而多元化的城市，早期多進行羊毛與織品交易，曾一度是世界羊毛中心；現在各種文化活動也十分興盛。市內有著名的國家攝影、電視、電影博物館及其五層樓高的IMAX電影螢幕，還有雄偉的Alhambra劇院都離校園很近 。
布萊德福市人口超過30萬，1970年代，曾經蓬勃發展的紡織業逐漸沒落蕭條，目前是以輕型工程、金融服務、郵購配銷、文化和觀光為發展主力。
布萊德福城市擁有許多文化、體育、歷史名勝，是風景如畫的約克郡山谷地帶的旅遊勝地。勃朗特姐妹的故居，歷史名鎮Harworth村就在城邊。15公里的地方便是利茲-布萊德福國際機場。
學校設備:
學校擁有2000間臥室兼學習室，分佈在校園內或相距僅五分鐘步行距離的地方，幾乎都配備有電視和電腦系統，保證學生使用電腦方便，而且從宿舍就可以直接打國際長途電話，對於單身前來攻讀授課類課程的海外學生，校方保證其第一年入住學校宿舍，而且，如果學生願意，一般都可以繼續留住以完成學業。不過，成立也有不少靠近校園的房子價格便宜，許多學生都願意四五人合租一棟小洋房。
入校時，所有學生都要接受英語語言能力測試，學校向留學生提供一系列免費的英語及學習技巧課程。校園體育設施包括國家級健美館、游泳池、運動館、館內可進行羽毛球、籃球和足球運動。
住宿相關:
學校提供的宿舍分為供餐及自炊兩類。而有些宿舍是新蓋的，只需步行幾分鐘即達校園。較遠處的宿舍則位於市中心外四公里處的安靜郊區。學校大部分的供餐宿舍是提供給大學部學生，小部分則提供給及早申請的研究生。
學校多半安排研究生居住在自炊式宿舍。有些自炊式宿舍整年開放，特別適合研究生的需求。供餐式宿舍亦提供數量有限的寢室給有意擔任副舍監職務的研究生居住。
學校儘可能提供自炊式單人房宿舍給所有外籍新生居住。因此有意申請宿舍的學生應在獲得入學許可後而尚未抵達英國前，儘早提出申請。另外，學校亦提供服務，協助欲在校外租房子的學生找房子。
學校在倫敦Heathrow機場為國際學生提供免費的巴士接機服務，福利辦公室安排規劃新生訓練課程，而國際關係室則為所有國際學生於抵校前與就讀期間提供處理事務上的協助。

2. Charles Morris Hall：位於Laisteridge Lane Site，衛浴及廚房為共同使用，一週約￡46.9。
3. Dennis Bellamy Hall / Revis Barber Hall：位於Laisteridge Lane Site，衛浴及廚房為共同使用，一週約￡46.9。
4. Kirkstone Hall / Longside Hall/Shearbridge Green：位於校園內，衛浴及廚房為共同使用，一週約￡43.2。
5. Trinity Hall：位於Laisteridge Lane Site，分為3棟，其中A棟是套房式宿舍(附有衛浴設備)，一週約￡63。其餘二棟的衛浴及廚房為共同使用，費用一週約￡46.9。
6. Unity Hall：位於Trinity Road，衛浴及廚房為共同使用，一週約￡43.2。
學費訊息:
布萊佛德大學官方建議，為負擔一整年支出(含住宿、膳食、書籍、消遣等)，國際學生需預備至少7,500英鎊。
